Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Part Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our IOP and PHP is an integral part of our comprehensive care continuum, offering direct services for individuals with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Our program is ideal for those who do not need medical detoxification or 24-hour supervision but still require structured support and therapy to maintain their recovery journey. The IOP and PHP at Beginnings Recovery provides a range of therapeutic interventions, including behavioral, psychological, and social support therapies. These sessions are designed to fit into the daily lives of our clients, allowing them to continue living at home and participating in work, educational, and family activities. Our flexible scheduling options enable individuals to attend treatment sessions in the morning or evening, ensuring that recovery can seamlessly integrate with their personal and professional responsibilities.

Supportive Living

We highly recommend that IOP and PHP clients live in a sober living home during treatment. These homes provide the accountability and support crucial for early recovery. Most of our clients find this environment extremely beneficial and our staff has the ability to provide resources for that.

Comprehensive Therapies

In our IOP and PHP, clients receive both holistic and evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-specific therapy, and group therapy. We also collaborate with local providers to ensure all psychiatric needs are met.
